Travel Tips:

Passport should have a minimum of 6 months validity upon completion of the journey.
Check carefully for any errors or omissions in the booking details, flight itineraries, air tickets, and hotel vouchers immediately upon receiving them.

Visa Requirement:

Singapore Alive may render assistance in visa applications however a service fee applies for any visa application.

Terms & Conditions :

For Booking of Packages Tour, Please take note of the following condition
Notification of cancelation must be made in writing and confirmed by the Company to avoid misunderstanding
-following cancelation fees may be levied accordingly.
-Between 29 and 8 days prior to depature : 50% of total tour cost
-Less than 7 days prior to departure : 75% of the total tour cost
-No Show : 100% of total tour cost.
Rooms availability are not guaranteed until booking has been confirmed and payment has been made out to us (Singapore Alive Pte Ltd) in full
